Provision of toilets Alan has written to DCC to see if they will supply 2 Portaloos at the pier or thereabouts.
Recycling Bins Martin will supply a couple of large bins, and George will bring liners.
Mess Tent Martin has access to an “Icelandic” for wet weather usage.
Transport Martin will bring his bus for transport to Warm Bay, Malin Head etc.  He will be reimbursed for petrol etc.  Volunteer drivers required.
Wet Weather Alternatives Peter Cooper will organize DVDs and possibly guest speakers (Geoff has a friend who could put on a presentation if we could contribute to his air fare from Wales ). Marty will do his belay masterclass. McGrory’s have made their back room bar available.
Ice Wall! Bill said, as undisputed ice climbing maestro, he felt it would be his duty to look after this.
Provision of Childrens’ Harnesses Alan will ask Uel Hamilton, or Gartan, or someone else.

Sponsorship Geoff to approach Cotswold, Alan HOV and McGrorys
Topo Guide Pete Smith and Alan working on a topo guide for Culdaff area, Warm Bay and MalinMcGrory’s will sponsor.  Pete Cooper and Dave Miller to sort out routes on Warm Bay/Uncle Monty’s Malin
Tee Shirts €10 registration fee will pay for free tee shirts, which PC will design.
Route tidying George, Alan & PC will identify routes that need wire brushing, renovation, and allocate routes to each member.
Top-roping routes Members are requested to bring any spare ropes for top roped routes at the campsite.
Clearing up existing litter The week before, existing litter will be lifted, particularly from the Dunmore Head Carpark
Access to Malin Head A new Private Property sign has been erected at Malin Head. Alan to check the situation with John Ward, the owner.
