A Colmcille Climbers Club mystery tour. We had a great club trip to Kinnegoe on Sunday, but it must have been the weather or something because it looked exactly like Port a' Dorais - at least from were I was standing anyway. We had a long hard day's climbing. With myself and Raymond climbing two 10 to 15 metre routes.
The navigator of the year award must go to Pete Smith who went from Kinnegoe to Port a'dorais via Moville - a bit like going from Derry to Belfast via Cork! Then Pete and Chris went home - the big girls' blouses. Raymond, myself, Zoe and Michael went to Rosatos for a couple of pints. These were well wanted after a long hard day, begob. There's me bus now, see yees later. Go on there yee boy yee, ye never know you're livin' till yee shake your shirt! By the way I must take this opportunity to correct all youse stupid bastoods who cannot understand your own new native language. I realise that nobody ever speaks it and that it's not a language at all, really, but lads it's part of our cultural heritage so there's no excuse : the correct name for my climb in the Himalayas is 'Bawg in till the Oxtar, Sor.' which roughly translates as 'Put your arm in as far as your armpit, sir'. Get it right boys - you crowd of cow slappin' sheep whallopin' dung slingin' muckspreadin' bastoods. Yahoo.
Slan go foill, Frankie.
